Good evening everyone, pls i need an urgent assistance regarding my UKVI account. I have be trying to create a UKVI account, unfortunately when i get to the security code being sent to my number i don't get it until the time runs out. What could be the issue and how do i go about resolving it before i take off?

Secondly, do i need a transit visa for Rwandair from Lagos to London, to layover at Kigali?

Good morning everyone. I need an urgent advice. Now that my spousal visa has been approved, i would like my daughter to join me in UK. Now the issue is, she had already been granted a 10years( renew every 2.5years) route visa through her Mum( ex wife). My daughter and her Mum are presently in Nigeria to receive medical treatment which could last for 2years or more according to her. Ex wife wrote a letter to UKVI to this effect and it was granted and was told her visa/application would be on hold until she decides to come back to UK.

My question is how do i go about bringing her back to UK? knowing she is already in the system and a letter was written to UKVI prior to them leaving UK.

In my application, i stated she is not coming with me as she is with her Mum. But now that situation has changed what do i do?

The site tracking is not reliable. I guess you have to wait for the courier.

So i was told but whenever i try signing in with my passport details, i keep getting "information not recognised".

Regarding vfs, i have not been called neither have they sent a mail regarding my passport being sent to me( i paid for courier).

About the ukvi account, I think you have that already when you applied for the visa?

I did pay for courier but whenever i check the vfs portal to track my application, still saying "my application has been submitted to UKVI".

If you didn't pay for courier then go to their office and collect your passport.

Pls does anyone have an idea of when its likely to hear/read from vfs regarding my passport?

I also tried to create a UKVI account to check my evisa to no avail. SMS Security code not dropping. What could be the problem?

Uploading? I dont understand. I just read the mail to the end, it says "the mail should be ignored if appiontment and biometric have been booked".

It's a spousal visa, which usually takes 8 to 12 weeks according to UKVI website. I am still within the stipulated time frame. It's just the e-mail that got me a bit worried. Should i ignored it, since it doesn't apply to me?

One of my clients that I handled her application did her biometrics on 23rd June and got her approval yesterday.

Good evening guys, i got this mail 3 times within an hour. It seems like a mistake as i did my biometric on 19th of May. Also, a subsequent mail was sent to confirm my application. I have been waiting for a decision since then. I dont understand why i am getting an e-mail to book an appointment for biometric. Should i be worried or it's just a technical glitch?

I appreciate. I submitted the additional documents today. I also received an acknowledgment mail from UKVI. Fingers crossed.

1. They are trying to help you, that's why they contacted you requesting for additional document. So nothing to worry about.

2. That the sponsor bank statement should be attached to the email when sending it.

Pls i need your urgent input. I got a mail from the UKVI today requesting for additional documents. I was asked to submit my sponsor 6 months statement of account. I think we was an error our part not to submit it at first. My questions are;

1, Should I be worried?

2, "Please send this document as a scanned attachment" within 10 working days to SheffieldSettlementDocsRequested@homeoffice.gov.uk quoting your application reference in the subject line. "Please attach the document directly to the email as we are unable to access links to files hosted on sites such as Dropbox(TM) or Google Drive(TM)."

What do they mean by the statement in qoute?

they replied a few hours later

No, i didnt even get a confirmation mail from UKVI. But i think it's a bit early to get a feedback.

Absolutely nothing to worry about, in fact, no need sending them a message as regards this. Sometimes, their acknowledgement email comes a week after your biometrics.

Just relax and wait for your decision.

Check your spam folder for the one from UKVI, I found mine in spam. Only the vfs one goes to my inbox

Good afternoon everyone, pls i need your urgent response. I did my biometric on 19th Of May, i am yet to receive a mail from UKVI to confirm my application. I only received a message from vfs global. Is this normal or i need to send a mail regarding this?

Good morning gurus, pls i will be going for my biometric on Monday. Most of the supporting documents are being sent to me via email hence printing them out for biometric. Are photocopies accepted?

Good day house, my wife and i have been trying to make payment for biometric to no avail. It's been pending since morning. She made all the payment in UK, i wonder why the biometric payment won't be successful. Pls what do we need to do? Attached is the screenshot.

Is it true i still need to revoke a deportation order before apply for spouse visa?

NB: I was removed in 2010 for overstaying my visa.
