Just an advice for those coming from other schools that are to write the entrance exam,tryna visit your dept ,get the past questions and practise it.. The exam isn't as easy as normal undergraduate entrance exam,it's basically 300l and 400l syllabus... The admission into pg school is mostly based on merit and the cutoff marks are determined by each dept,this depends on the number of people the dept wanna admit(cutoff is basically above 50% for normal candidates). Your class doesn't matter(for those writting exam) some 2'2 will be admitted,whereas 1st class will miss out(it happened last year).. And for those havin issues wit referees, it's beta you correct it ASAP at pg school,the secretary is a nice and accommodative person,all your problems will be rectified there.. Referee is very important,it doesn't matter what your scores is,if you don't have atleast 2 referees, no admission.. For those without nysc cert, if you're a unilorin product, you can apply, lotta people were admitted last year without the cert, just upload and summit your id card.. I was at pg school last week, and it's pasted there that supporting documents are to be submitted. These include, nysc cert, degree cert, o.level cert, application form and receipt. All documents are to be enclosed in brown envelop.. Nat sure if it's compulsory, you can confirm it yourself.. Well, based on antecedents, the recruitment processes have different stages and batches. The process continues until the week before TS. So until then, I'll advise we remain patient and positive...at least you weren't sent a regret mail.

Also, it could be that the no. of individuals who passed from your panel weren't enough, and they need to add from the 25th Feb Batch. My thoughts though.

BTW: What panel where you in?

Yeah. Quite a lot of applicants including myself. I Had the panel interview since 18th February. I'm still awaiting invite for Top Management Interview.

Please what do you think could be d cause? It's confusing.. No success or regret mail... Nothing nothing..

Yes I strongly believe there is... lots of people that got regret mails were in different panels. So to me, I think they've reviewed the performance in all panels and have sent mails to those that didn't perform well (regret mails). Therefore, if u haven't received any mail, it means that you performed well and you will b invited soon. Just b a lil patient. I'm sure they will still send invites next week. Its hope that has kept me going.
Be hopeful. You've come this far and your expectations will not b cut off. Hang on and prepare for the next stage. I was cut unaware sef. Cos I saw the mail around 3am this morning
