Go back to Print Documents; from there, click on Application Form, click on Acceptance Fee, it will take you to a new interface where your data and invoice number are. Just below that, there are two superimposed links, click on the one that instructs you to pay online. There are several options, I used the credit/debit option. You could use any of the options.

Yes, I have generated the invoice. First, the local branch of First Bank in my town had issues with locating the 'platform' for the payment, secondly, the internet option is defaulting too.
