On petrol matters, I can say that Dangote is behaving like a toothless bull dog. And that idiocy is not going down well with him. Dangote is dancing to the tunes of NNPCL who are trying hard to gain relevance despite the deregulation.

I don't understand what reason on Earth the NNPC can not stay away from Dangote refinery. As far as the new system is concerned, NNPC became a private company the moment the deregulation was announce followed by the removal of subsidy. I don't understand why the NNPC are so shameless. Honestly, NNPC were not suppose to go near the Dangote refinery bearing in mind that there is a deregulation in place. To the point of determining the cost of fuel thereof is a total disgrace. It therefore means the aim of deregulation is already defeated.
