Its not a matter of defiance. They courts have no jurisdiction. Its a military to military thing.

Which courts have no jurisdiction?
The Federal High Court has jurisdiction over an alleged breach of fundamental rights..
The court martial has no such jurisdiction.. In this matter the offender has not even been charged..
Besides a Court martial and Federal High Court are courts of coordinate jurisdiction..

A group has threatened to sue governor Wike over an alleged neglect of their LGA.. The governor having refused to appoint a Commissioner or even a Special Adviser from Abua/Odual LGA. The group said, that appointment of a commissioner is a constitutional right which they are entitled to get.
