Orlandoo: I knew that Igbo blood runs in Calvin. Please he should make peace with his dad before the old man dies. Then the igbo blood is a wicked and evil blood. A man abandons is family to die and never looked back is your definition of igbo blood? What blood is the mother? A strong Woman who stood out for her kids and make them what they are today? He only wants to reconcile because the kids have made it in life. While to heir is human and forgiveness devine, men should stand by there family irrespective. |

Nnamdini: Match officials in AFCON needs to be scrutinized and screened properly before they engage them in the tournaments. A reaction is as a result of an action. If the official was fair and just, the players won't want to stage a walkout. The Senegalese players shouldn't have left the pitch though I don't think you watched the match but if I'm wrong forgive me. Now was that a penalty or not? |

Empresa: The HoA members should be making peace with Fubara and not fighting him because if Fubara scales through their impeachment threat, they will need Fubara as the leader of APC for a smooth return ticket, except they have plans of running on another platform Don't be carried away my friend, Fubara is nobody in APC, He only ran there out of frustration and for protection, Nobody knows him, Wike as a PDP member is more APC than Fubara. |
Politics › Re: Rivers Assembly Members adamant, want Fubara, Odu's impeachment to proceed by dchamp234(m): 1:07pm On Jan 16 |
reddingtonblack: It hiliarious to see the Reps have live to carried on what they term defending the constitution. In the middle of All this, they have told Us Fubara crimes Buh what did the deputy governor do to warrant impeachment
Are the Reps aware should the Deputy governor be impeached as well, automatically there speaker Awujaele becomes the designated Governor
is that not enough grounds to discredit .. " Motive"
Actually people Think Fubara is the naive one and Wike FC are the Players Buh they've being making huge mistakes, 1. is underestimating Fubara to think they can run him like errand boy 2. Is defection into the APC, now having two masters Tinubu vs Wike interest
Wike is making a run for survival but his mistakes will hunt him, he knows he cant rely on Tinubu appointment as minister for long anything can happen Buh if he can manage to own Rivers to himself .. Tinubu can do his worst and him Wike wil stil maintain political relevance having the 3rd richiest state in his pocket
What Wike dont know is Tinubu as seen Fubara can give him what Wike is giving and Fubara has less excesses compared to wike ... Wike has a long history of turning against put that raise him, Tinubu is not a Fool
Now that the political structure of Rivers have being defected to APC, Tinubu will just veto them through party to accept Fubara. Fubara has the key to treasury Wike supporters are politicians they are buyable You know little or nothing about how impeachment works, the governor can't be impeach alone, the deputy never tried to stop him when he was power drunk, demolition of the state house of assembly was over the line, fighting with the house of assembly members for detecting to APC and declaring their seat vacant was over the line, no presenting the budget of the state to the house of assembly for how many years now is far above the line. The deputy never said anything about it so they spend and share state fund without the approval of the state house of assembly, no State is governed that way all over the world. They should proceed with the impeachment. |

Apart from the yorubas who loves suffering and smiling, everyone wants him out and out he will go. |

Something militants has done in the past before they gave them amnesty. FG can’t afford them going back to the creeks Lol, Seems you don't even know what's happening, Nigeria has moved beyond that, the federal government has given a multi million dollar contract to private security firms to secure pipelines and oil facility. So anyone going to the creeks now should also dig his own grave. |

Politics › Re: Is Wike Still Relevant To APC And PBAT? by dchamp234(m): 8:21am On Oct 20, 2025 |
Chimookigwe: Igbos don't understand politics. They really need do not.
You want Wike to support Obi.
Okay, Wike has his supporter as Governor of his state. Has 3 Senators and all House of Rep members in Rivers state are his supporters.
Meanwhile, Peter Obi couldn't even get his party to produce the Governor of his state. In other places, his party members are jumping ship and going to APC.
Peter Obi should be the one supporting Wike and not the other way round. In Nigerian politics, every state has a structure, The way politics is played in Lagos is not the way they do it in Jigawa, Obi was governor with APGA, and APGA is still the same party ruling Anambra till date, There's no way you can become president of the country through APGA because it's a state owned party, Obi is the only igbo politician challenging for federal power, others are butt lickers. He has the balls, even you who wrote this comment knows that. He almost won the election if not for malpractice. Mention an igbo man who has ever done that. |

IGBOSON1: Of course the judges are being directed and instructed on what to do! When we say there's no justice in Nigeria and that the so called 'Judiciary' is firmly in the pockets of the Yoruba/Fulani hegemonic alliance, we're justified to hold such a position! Just look at Nigeria today and how it's failing in all indices of development and markers of civilisation! A lot of myopic, Igbo-hating bigoted schmucks are too fargone in their hate and dependence on 'one Nigeria' not to realise that as they're trying to hold Ndigbo/Biafra down that they're also down on the floor as well! Nigeria has been groping in the dark from 1st Oct', 1960, and from the looks of things things are only gonna get worse! Based on the fact that you spoke so well, I really want to let you know the Igbos are the ones holding themselves back in being a major force and voice in Nigeria, In Lagos State today, properties owned by the Igbos are being destroyed with the allegations that those properties are illegal structures yet they sandfill land for Igbos to buy and build. All the texes that has to do with businesses and imports are targeted at the Igbos, the seaports in Lagos are booming because of the Igbo yet no single seaport in the east, no functioning seaport close to the south east. The Igbo politics has been entised with money or one political appointments that they can't even voice out about the way the Igbos are being treated. The governors of the south east are all silent since buildings worth billions were demolished by the Lagos state government in trade fair and other parts of lagos. No senator or a member of the house of reps from the east has said anything. The reason why ojukwu lost the war was mainly because he had no support while the yorubas merged with the north. Yet the Igbos came back to Lagos and turned it into a mega city while the east is left in taters and yet they are still complaining about leaving and forming its own Biafra. Nnamdi Kanu is be molested and treated this way because just like ojukwu he has no support. The Igbos are confused. The yorubas and the North will cripple the Igbos. |

But #1000 for five children Guy you won't believe the level of poverty in the country, what if that's what he has left on him and the wife isn't working or doing anything to support the family? This is what the yorubas brought upon the country. That 1k would have gone a long way back then but not today. May God deliver his children. |

The problem here isn't that he could not afford his fees. The problem here is not asking for help from the right people. You speak as if you don't know the world and country we live in, who are the right people to ask for help, those parents you mentioned might be struggling to see their own children through school, I am also a victim to this story, We're all praying for a divine help if at all such things exist. |
