i agree totally with u, imagine 2day of all days, goodluck jonathan was in twn, so there was traffic everywia cos major roads were blocked (in what country is dat done?) i had to spend 8k to get my trv today!! (taxi tinz)

In all, my application was in 15 weeks and 2 days
11 weeks after submission : medicals
4 weeks after medicals: trv

Guys, my status changed today and i got my trv today too!! na for brt bus stop i bin track d tin on my bb o.
All TRV/MEDICAL awaitees, patience. spoke with d guy at the vfs office and he said they will still issue trv's from thursday, after the 26th.

1) Tuition Fee
2) Living expenses
3) Sponsors dependents
4) Source of income
5) Cash flow
6) Authenticity

We expect your sponsor, after payment of your tuition and living expenses, to be able to cater for himself and other dependent...

Therefore we dont expect a specific account balance..

To futher explain this, I would like forumites who have gotten their TRV / medicals to please state their tuition fee, the amount in their sponsors account, and the no of sponsors dependents...

for mine, my tuition is $10,000. sponsor account used (salary account) had N3.7M as at time of submission. dependents na only one remain as 2 are already outside naija, plus me who's leaving too. Hope this helps

bruv, i think the $350 is still fair. i came across westjet.com, flight from toronto to edmonton is bout $600

For those who have gotten their TRV and are on there way to Canada....please make sure you take the best anti-malaria medication you can lay ur hands on to clear your system....there is no malaria here and if you fall ill ...you might end up in isolation as it will be difficult to treat you with next to little anti-malaria medications here....so, best advise....jab urself with some before leaving Naija...

yes, i think they do send mails because when i got my medical call up via the portal, they sent me a mail which was in my spam.

iluminati: Royal air maroc does not fly direct to montreal you must transit thru New york city. Their flight is very small. 118 seats. There is no direct flight to canada. I have finally booked Ethiopia airline to canada on 28th Dec since their transit time is only 2 hours wait in addis ababa unlike turkish airline which is 8 hours wait. Any one going to memorial who have booked airline?
