no you do not need a transit visa, go to ethiopianairlines.com and book your ticket, you can book on hold and go pay at their office at 3, idowu taylor street, victoria island, lagos.

nope, at addis ababa, we waited bout 3hrs cos there was a delay in d flight, wen we got to rome, we were in the plane for an hour (no one was allowed out of it), then took off to toronto

Jokzoh: In London now. My baggage wasn't misplaced thou most of them who claimed Ethiopia airline misplaced theirs later got it. Yes, it's very cold and people can't but notice I am a newbie despite the tons of winter jacket I have on. I am so tired now after almost 24hrs of flight. I cant but give kudos to Ethiopia airline. They are simply fantastic......I'm off for now. Good luck to all medical hopefuls and TRV awaitees.

Siga: FYI .... to all guys flying out of Pearson Airport Toronto to other parts of Canada....most flights have been cancelled for today and tomorrow cos of snow....so, be very smart to check ur flight from Toronto to whereever u are going....also, if u havent booked ur flight yet to fly out of Toronto.....it might be a bit hard to get a flight ooo....just check first and ask ask ask questions once u land Toronto....

I am heading to London, Ontario. Is it possible to catch a train from Toronto to London with my heavy luggage? Aircanada is like 400$(40mins) while train is about 60$(2:30hrs). Plus I just won experience train too especially after the 13hrs flight to Toronto.

Remember to be confident (not cocky) although in my opinion canadian immigration is friendly compared to ukba who want a reason to deport you. Please don't forget the letter , cos gratis what you'll show for the permit to be issued. Very crucial

You would be given a form to fill on board where u would declare the amount you are holding....

Your study permit would be issued at the point of entry at the immigration, make sure the info on your study permit are correct before you leave the point of entry.
