boss please if you don't mind, can you explain this unpaid bills? I know unlocking an At&t locked iPhone is relatively cheap so I just want to know if unlock sites charge more if it has unpaid bills.

has unpaid bills or under finance phones simply means that such phone is still under contract and balance on the phone is yet to be paid before the seller decided to sell it.

Layman explanation:you bought an iPhone from MTN office on credit and the agreement was reached between you and MTN that the payment will be paying installmentaly,so,due to reasons best known to you,you decided to sell the phone to another person without fully paid MTN,that is under finance phones..

That's what I meant 'under finance,the phone will still locked to its original carrier and its only chip that can unlock such phone. Or you can pay it off,but its expensive to pay under finance phones off.
