Hi everyone.

Please help me o. I've gone ahead to submit a Webform explaining the error. Apparently, the error was in mine and that of my husband. I don't know how I submitted an incomplete form� Has anyone experienced this or raised a webform before?

Hello everyone. Please I need help. I just submitted my study permit application (11/11/2022) and I included my family to follow me - my husband and 2 children. I made a critical mistake with the form IMM5645 (family information form) for my husband. It is both incomplete and I clicked "worker" instead of "visitor". I've been so confused as to what to do. I've asked for advice and some people said I should raise a webform to correct it.

Any advice on what to do? Is there a way to check the already submitted form to be sure? I actually went through the form on my pc and noted the error.

Note - we got called for our biometrics the next day.
