Who in Nigeria today, doesn’t want a change from a situation where millions of unemployed graduates were extorted N1,000 each, packed into all available stadia like sardines and some trampled to death for nonexistent 3,000 immigration jobs? Who doesn’t want a change from such ravaging poverty that has placed an oil rich country as having the second largest population of poor people in the world while our so called leaders lead a mind boggling life in obscene opulence? Who doesn’t want a change from a country riddled with unbridled impunity where the rich and powerful is encouraged to prey on the weak and the poor for their survival? Who doesn’t want a change from a country where the health sector has died irretrievably while the citizenry are allowed to procure death in the glorified mortuaries that pass as clinics and hospitals? Who doesn’t want a change from a country where our educational sector is so poorly rated such that our schools cannot even compete in the West African sub region! Who doesn’t want a change from a country where a shoeless president measures prosperity by the number of parasites that live off stealing the commonwealth and buying private jets? vote APC oooooooo

Guy use ur head. U ar still talking vote Apc while our Apc Governor Amaechi is deducting our salary for no reason. Is it the kind of change u want?

Payment will continue from mon-wed.

My man tell ur people that we (civil servants)
have majority of voting power. They should not joke with our January salary if not what happened in Ekiti state will happen here in rivers state. We will vote out this insincere government of Apc lead by governor Amaechi. Because we need change in the following :
1. payment of salary at when due
2. payment of xmas bonus
3. End to cutting of our salaries for no reason
4. proper payment of our arrears
5. proper teaching environment. etc.
Pls Oga Fiafiad to ur people this is not a pdp, labour, Apga or GDI issues. We are not happy ooooooooo............ Your governor (Amaechi) pretend to be a saint. let him act like he claims and stop deceiving poeple with sweet sympathitic political talk.

Impatient in all occasion, is a very bad habit.
We should learn to be patient at all time and in all situation. Learn to be patient with ur wife/husband if u are married or yet to be married, be patient with ur children if any, be patient with ur family members, be patient with ur employers, and more so, be patient with God ur creator.

Thank you!

Mr man the disbursement of money is not the responsibility of the banks but ministry of finance under the instructions of the governor. Hope you know our salaries are through E-payement? so do'nt blame banks for delay in payment but ministry of finance under the directive of our governor. So Mr Fiafiad do'nt too sentimental to the governor. what I mean is that he should always keep to his word instead of playing politics with such issues ok. Merry Xmas my Man. Fiafiad. God bless Nigeria.

Governor Amaechi said civil servants should be expecting salary from the 15th of every month for now till november because the state is broke ( Reason; little allocation from FG and late to receive IGR)

Governor Amaechi, however, decried the
consistent dwindling of Federal allocations
to the state from 25billion naira to 12billion
Naira, a development which he announced
has slowed down the pace of some on-
going projects embarked upon by his
administration.
“The situation we find ourselves now is
really critical. We have started owing
salaries of workers and nobody knows
when this will end. Rivers people should
know that Rivers State Government now
receives 12billion Naira instead of the usual
25billion Naira as monthly allocation. This
has grossly affected our projects and work
has stopped in some on-going projects in
the state. I am still looking for funds to pay
some of the contractors and salaries.
Things are no longer the same. Things are
getting worse. I am not the problem, it is
from the Federal government”, Amaechi
stated.

From the information above is only prayers that can turn situations of civil servants salaries not to be delayed or even not paid. Because the state is really broke and need divine intervention.

I was told by my account officer in Stambic ibtc that the ministry of finance have not credited our accounts. I asked him y? he said he do'nt know but we should go to secretariate point block (ie the pay room) and tell them. that the payment is online from them direct to our account.
