Dear Doctor,

I have done the progesterone serum test and the results are as follows;
Progesterone:32.27nmol/IL
(Reference interval: Follicular phase 0.6-4.7nmol/L
Luteal phase 5.3-86nmol/L
Ovulatory peak 2.4-9.4nmol/L
Post menopausal 0.3-2.5nmol/L
But the general investigation for the test is 2nd infertility.

Please help me with the general interpretation of the results.

Thank you so much for the immediate response. But I took the results to the gyne but he disregards the results and requested me to re-do the test to the right day. That the first test was done on a wrong day.We late resolved to do the test on the 9th/10th of the cycle.

I carried out the HSG test but later results confirmed that but tubes are blocked.
So what are the possible alternatives for unblocking.

You're clear to try. But how about your partner, has he gone for fertility check? Is his sperm quality ok?

Dr.please look into my results above and advice me if I can conceive now? Or if I can now use clomid?
