Please were you able to get recertified? How did you go about it please I'm in same situation and I need clarification

My husband is in Poland, that's the problem..I can't even do another wedding because he's not here

My husband lives in Poland but we got married at the Local government marriage registry Owerri,
Now I went to legalize my marriage certificate at the Polish embassy before joining my husband but they rejected it and asked for Marriage Certificate from ministry of interior.
I went to ministry of interior and they issued me a confirmation letter that's I attached to the local government marriage certificate, I authenticated everything at the Foreign affairs and went to embassy again and they rejected the confirmation even with Foreign affairs authentication..This same certificate is accepted by other embassies in Nigeria for abroad use but polish embassy has refused to accept it and the Ministry of interior is also refusing to issue me marriage certificate because they said we didn't get married in their registry. I am in a fixed place and I don't know what to do because my husband is in Poland and he cant come to Nigeria just to come and do another wedding..I really don't know what else to do . I need suggestions please
