run away from that phone it has touchpad issues,few months after u buy the phone the touchpad starts malfunctioning

please guys am new here and I need ur advice,am using itel p12 but its not giving me what I want,like the ram is too small and the ROM wch is supposed to be 8gb turned out to be just 4gb.. so am thinking of selling it to buy homtom s16 please am I good to go and hope the spare parts is in the market?
