[quote author=iMerchant post=33415386]Interesting but don't always believe everything you read without doing your due diligence.
Price Check and Jumia are owned by MTN & AIG (Africa Internet Group).
So if you want to conduct a price comparison between Konga & Jumia, you don't use PriceCheck because you don't expect them to work against their own.
Go conduct your own individual investigation and see where you will get the best price, quality service and fast delivery.
Absolutely right....moreso,never trust everything you buy on Jumia because most of there stuffs are imitation which you can't differenciate between the real one and the imitated one. I don't buy from them again...shine ur eyes na naija we dey |

We both laid on the bed panting like we were chased on a temple run. She rested her head on my chest and she whispered to me. “Let’s go take a shower.” As we got into the bathroom she turned on the shower, grabbed a sponge, applied some liquid soap and she started to bath me. I marveled as she washed my body parts as if I was her kid, she then knelt before me and washed my handle with care and accuracy. After we were done, we went back to the bedroom changed the bed sheet and laid down on the bed. I held her close as we both took a deep sleep............ ........................................................................ The following morning the aroma of fried eggs woke me up. I grabbed a towel and headed to the kitchen and I saw Gladys at work. She had already fried some plantain and was frying the eggs with stew. She hugged me and told me to go wait in the sitting room.
As I sat down waiting for breakfast to be served, I began to wonder how my life suddenly changed dramatically from being utterly desolate to this kind of comfort. I feared it was going to be short lived and hoped at least I would cherish every moment........ ............................................................... I said to her. “I am the one to apologize. I think you are a great, caring and loving woman. Only in my dreams have I held you in my arms until now.” She then said. “Ohi, I am not a small girl, don’t be deceived by my looks, I am 38 years old. I felt connected to you the first time I saw you, that was why I invited you in my home. No man has visited me since I have moved in to this apartment.” As she stood up and paced around. I thought about the age 38 years, 6 years older than me and I thought again as he doesn’t look it............................... ...........................................................................................
She then positioned herself and behold her posture was monumental. I took some few seconds to admire the well engraved ass, her ebony skin glittered like a rare gem and........................................................ ............................................................
We both cleaned up and did some chores together. She then insisted to come to my place to see my books, which I agreed. On getting to my place, after seeing the humble abode which I called home, she wept. She sobbed like a child, I felt touched and had to console her, she the said. “Please Ohi, let’s take your personal belongings to my place...................................... ...................................................................

Life in Lagos became more cumbersome and unbearable for me to live in. As a bookshop owner business was becoming unbearable and the bigger competitors were not making things easy for me at all. Most of the books I acquired from publishers had gathered so much dust, the only thing that kept me going was sales from pencils, rulers, cleaners and other stationery's.
I didn't need a rocket scientist to tell me I needed to relocate to a less competitive state. My life was almost deplorable, the only thing I could do effectively was feed myself once a day. On other major expenses I depended on families and relatives. I was indebted to almost everybody I knew, all my friends avoided me and even my girlfriend for 4 years, Mercy, was showing signs of leaving me, I couldn't blame her for that.
I made it known to my family and closest relatives that I needed to relocate to Delta state. They were skeptical about it, so a family meeting was summoned and after a heated debate they finally agreed to support me one last time. An agreement was made to raise N85,000 to aid me in my relocation............................................ ........................................................................................................................
The cash, N85,000, was handed over to me by my uncle and I left Lagos to Delta the following morning. On getting to Delta, I called my old customer who made arrangements for me to spend some few days in his family home in Mosogha, a thriving Urhobo town in Delta. His brother, Efe later came to pick me up. On getting to the family home, I was welcomed and treated with rare hospitality. I was given a room to stay and treated with care.
The following morning, I told Efe to take me to a house agent. As we got there, I could only afford a room which I was going to use as my bookshop and my residence. Efe insisted that I stayed with them in their family home, but I politely refused. The least thing I needed to be was a liability to anyone. I paid for the place and moved in the following day....................................... .........................................................................................................
In the cab, there was a lady beside me, her skin was ebony and she was slim but busty, a very attractive lady she was. She greeted me. "Good morning." I responded. "Good morning dear." I was shy at first because she looked like the kind of lady that I see from a far and admire. She then said. "I guess you are stranger?" I was surprised she knew, so I said. "Yes I have only been here for about 2 weeks. How did you know?" She laughed and said. "Firstly you are carrying a back bag, and your mode of dressing is akin to a more metropolitan lifestyle." I then said. "Oh, nice guess. This is how I dress to work. Sporty and sharp." She said. "Interesting, what do you do?" I told her. "I supply learning materials to schools, lessons and some homes." She seemed very delighted and said. "Wow!!… Well I guess today is your lucky day. I am a principal in one of the biggest schools in Ethiope East local govt........................................................ ..............................................................................................................
It was past 9pm and obviously I wasn't in the mood to go back to my place. We were watching some musical videos and she said to me. "Why don't you go take a shower, so you can feel more relaxed. You can have my caftan it's clean." My mind started going bananas, my interpretation was that she wanted me around to spend the night all along............................................ ........................................................

Arogba: What is so special about trekking from Lagos to Abuja and why is everybody doubting this guy? I understand the feat is unprecedented in the history of Nigeria but Lagos to Abuja is only about 650 km which is a very short distance in terms of long distance trekking expedition. The guy made it to Abuja in 20 days, meaning he was trekking an average of 30 km a day. Under the right circumstances, any determine and fit person should be able to make the journey with proper planning. I wonder why they keep doubting,it's a matter of planning abi. The guy was determined he fit for the journey . Everyone is just seeing it from the angle of haaaaa abuja |
