Well, I don't know what to say at this time.If they are done with the recruitment, they should contact those who were unsuccessful with the ODVI.Certainly, life does not end at shell, but surely, shell is a very good place to start one's career.

The recruitment exercise in 2017 lasted for three months, anything can still happen.Lets just be hopeful.I know of someone who got ODVI invite yesterday.She majored in geology.
It is a sign that there are strictly working on the first come, first serve basis.If they can't find what they want in a particular batch, they will quickly move on to the next batch.

I think it will take a while before they get back to the successful applicants.

If you are yet to get the ODVI invite, I enjoin you to start doing your research about shell and some likely behavioral questions.
You should have refined model answers to the behavioral questions. This will enable you to ease of the pressure of acing the video interview when the ODVI drops.

Does anyone have an idea of how long it normally takes to get feedback after completing the ODVI?

I think the face to face interview should be by next month for those that will scale through the ODVI stage.
In the last recruitment they did in 2017, the recruitment only lasted for 3 months.

I took the test a day before the Sunday they sent out ODVI invites to the first batch.

Hello guys, I just saw the ODVI invite, pls I need somebody to guide me through the process.

Pls is there anyone that didn't attach NYSC discharge certificate and hv wrote the test about 48hrs ago and he/she is yet to get Love letter (regret mail)?? Am not saying u'll get love letter o i jst want to confirm because i wrote d test I got: one-8, two7, two-6, and one-4 and i got d love letter after 48hrs.
Am asking to assist my friend who is yet to apply because he also dnt hv d NYSC yet bt we wl lay our hand on it next week.

I enjoin all that have gotten the regret mail from shell to move on!This chicanery act of trying to reapply is unscrupulous and gives a negative representation about the applicant.For those that are yet to get a mail from them, hope and pray; nothing is impossible.

There weren't much calculations in the discipline section and most of them were easy, 50 questions in total.
You have to work very fast.
Also go through your C++ notebook.
For the Dragnet Abstract reasoning, brace up for very challenging questions. That's all for now.
