Interim is meant to calm the storm raging the club. Antic did it for us after Van Gaal's disaster, Benitez also did an excellent job as interim at Chelsea.

I am a La Liga follower, and I saw what Zidane did in his 2nd adventure at Madrid. The team was in disarray with the exit of Ororo and the shameful adventure of the current Sevilla coach.
Zidane came and stabilised the team.

He won La Liga with Mariano and Valquez, and dragged the unbalanced team to UCL Semis out smarting Klopp's Liverpool in the process.

I'm impressed by Spain's turnaround from a deadbeat team just a couple of years ago. The only reason they couldn't beat France tonight was the absence of a world class finisher in their midst like Benzema or Mbappe (who had a poor game btw but still delivered).

Against Spain tonight, Mbappe did not have any joy against Eric Garcia. If it were against Barca, Garcia go dey chop grass anyhow like a disoriented goat. Even Busquet still bossed the midfield against Pogba & co. Something is definitely wrong with Koeman.

I will say this again... Barcelona players are world-class. Only problem is the coach. Since Enrique left in 2016, we've been signing below average coaches. Koeman is the problem of our pathetic performances.

Problem of this club is not using a world-class coach since Enrique left. Where are Valverde and Seiten today since they left? Koeman has been an average since 2010.
