There's virtually no one in Barcelona that can step up in the most crucial moment when Messi is caged.

Look at Llorente last night for Atletico, Origi against Barca. These are not 1st team players, but they stepped up when key players were locked up.

Last time I saw a player step up in key moments for Barcelona in UCL was Neymar against PSG. Today, if Messi is marked, no one else. How we go con win UCL with that?

Thank God guys here have seen this useless tactics that I've been screaming on this thread for almost 3 years now.

Paulinho came and was scoring anyhow. He even had more La liga goals than Ronaldo at some points in the season. All of a sudden, he would see open net and still #PasstoMessi. Messi that was already surrounded by 3 men. Paulinho's goals dried up immediately.

I will NEVER blame Griezmann for his poor goal rate. This #PasstoMessi is one of the main reasons Neymar left Barcelona. Dude wanted to create his own legacy.

#PasstoMessi will NEVER win us UCL. If they don't pass to Messi, Messi will still score lots of goals. This has been proven time and time again.

What is special about Griezman?

The bold is a big freaking lie. We are already an ordinary team that a decent team can overrun anytime once they dislodge Messi. Unfortunately, Messi of nowadays can be easily dislodged than any other time before.

The reason Griezmann and all our attacking players are playing rubbish is because the #PasstoMessi tactics has made them redundant. Take this Griezmann to another major team and see him flourish. Look at Braithwaite when he came on against Madrid, he had an immediate impact on goal in his 1st minute. I told my guys then that it was because he hasn't been taught the #PasstoMessi tactics. Today, Braithwaite has started playing that annoying tactics. He can't be himself again.

I need a coach that will make all my attacking players a threat to goal. I want my attacking players to see the net and fire, not looking for Messi to pass to, who may have be surrounded by 3 or more players.

MSN of those days supplied 121 goals, MEH gave me 100 goals, MVP gave me 97 goals a season each.

What do you think is the main fix for you guys right now?

1. Messi needs to develop an understanding with Griezmann. There's a reason Griezmann scores more goals when he's not paired with Messi.

2. If the coach can be man enough to discipline shit players like Pique, Busquets, Alba, Rakitic and Arthur while bringing up talents from LA Masia, this team will pick up.

3. Most of the senior players have won everything that is to win in football. So appointing a coach who hasn't won anything will make players not to respect him.
