2. If the coach can be man enough to discipline shit players like Pique, Busquets, Alba, Rakitic and Arthur while bringing up talents from LA Masia, this team will pick up.

3. Most of the senior players have won everything that is to win in football. So appointing a coach who hasn't won anything will make players not to respect him.
