I wrote my full name in the registration when I was registering for my german visa application. In 2024 And when confirmation message was sent to me message , they put my surname in my first name, and they put my other name in my last name ,it was supposed to be 3 names only 2 was there . Could it be changed or could this be an issue when they give me appointment later?

I think its best you mail the embassy maybe you might need an affidavit, if the name change is going to be a problem.
please when did you start the process in 2024 and when were you called for appointment?
