A few days ago, we reported Blackberry might be coming back stronger thanks to the newly released Blackberry priv. The device sold pretty well in the last quarter and things has started looking much better for the company. It appears Blackberry is already planning to release a mid-range Android device and this is coming from John Chen, the company’s CEO. There is no doubt Blackberry Priv is doing well as the first quarter sales was positive. In a recent interview with Bloomberg, John Chen said Blackberry is considering releasing another Android device targeted at the mid-range market. He didn’t give a time frame as he said this depends largely on the success of Blackberry Priv. During the interview, John Chen said: “ I guess in the next three months, four months, the results will tell us if this is a good strategy. The strategy is to combine the best of BlackBerry with the best of Android. If that has been well received by the market, and it looks like there is a good chance of that, then yes. We will probably still focus very much on the high-end, probably more a little bit on the mid-range or so. We’ll probably have another phone like that coming out in fiscal year 2017, calendar year 2016. Before now, the company has already admitted that everything depended on the Blackberry Priv and if things doesn’t go right, the company may no longer be able to produce smartphones. Although analysts predicted the Priv should make about 900,000 sales in the first quarter, Blackbery ended up selling 700,000 units though the company’s stocks keep looking better and the profit reported in the last quarter was the highest in the last two years. In a recent post, we published what looked the renders of an upcoming Blackberry device but we’re not sure if this is the next device. The Canadian company’s main focus right now is ensuring the Priv sells as much as 5 million copies to stay in business. geek.ng/2015/12/blackberry-hints-at-a-mid-range-android-device.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+doncaprio+%28Doncaprio.com+RSS+Feed%29 |
Khd95:America's foreign policies, not Obama. If u watch Obama's body language, u will notice he always looks like he is been push to do what he doesn't want to do. America's foriegn policies is to support his allies ambitions either good or bad, the ambition of the European ally is to have alternative sources of energy supply in Europe to reduce their great dependency on Russia gass supply and Qatar's ambition is to expand her own market to Europe while Saudi's ambition is to over throw any Shiite government in d middle East and replace them with sunni's government. All this works together and Arab spring was created and financed by Qatar while Ameriaca and western world key into it. We all know that majority of the terrorist group are doing America's bidding and Obama looks tired of all this things. |
