Similar experience for me too. The browser was always freezing. From 9am-2pm I could not do anything but just frustrated looking at the laptop. I restarted the computer several times and each time you restart the system you will start the process all over again. Please I am in support that we escalate to Chevron because they are going to lose very good candidates because of this glitches
