The Job Position: We’re looking for a female sales representative who will present and sell products and services to customers who will include individuals, organizations, businesses or government agencies.

Sales Representative Job Descriptions:

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call and sales reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.

Experience in sales.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
