I have a Nokia device called Nokia 7.1 and it is just 7months old, I had a problem with it recently which I thought was a battery problem but to my greatest surprise after replacing it with a new battery it is still showing the same symptoms

Symptoms:
My phone Battery with 90% get shutdown by itself and when I switch it on back it is already at 70-75%

It shut down immediately I turn on my data or starts playing video or songs with a crackling sound before It shuts down

The phone shuts down completely at 30%

Symptoms with new battery:

Shuts down every once in a while and take at least 3-4% when turned on back
