I have 1 room to rent in my Flat in (PALMGROVE/BARIGA axis,).
a FEMALE should be between early and late 20s christian perfect for a young professional,Grad student or fellow It’s a quiet area and the street is under construction so you should not have a car, or If you have a car and want to park it in nearby street. no problem. Its easily accessible to UNILAG,YABA,OJUELEGBA/SURULERE/MARYLAND/IKEJA . Utility bills are not included in rent i will be split by the house. You will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months or a calendar year,
