I have rest my settings. no way out. I restore factory setting till my phone still can't vibrate when any alert is coming.. am so pissed off right now. somebody show help

please please please I need you guys help.. I have been using tecno l6 for a month now. it vibrates whenever any alert come to my phone. but recently it stopped vibrating. even someone is calling. it won't vibrate only ringing. I have checked the setting thousand times. still nothing. please help out if you have any idea. Biko Biko
