I need the national population commission birth certificate which I then have to get authenticated by the Nigerian embassy in Dublin, my problem is I do now know how to obtain this

Hello all,

I'm trying to renew my Irish passport but what is holding me back is my Nigerian birth certificate, I have lost it and need a new one.
My parents sent me an attestation letter of age and birth to use but the Irish passport office rejected it and said they required an original Nigerian BC instead.
My question is how can I obtain this BC, I'm in the UK right now and cannot travel is there way one can be made and sent to me.
