I don't think this is the only PLI test if successful, who else just recieved documentation mail. please how will one go about the utility bill, have been using prepaid meter and we don't pay for nepa bill rather we buy power online. The utility bill available for me is my street security fee from January to December, can I use that instead?

I had the same issue too so I used waste disposal bill/LAWMA bill. As long as it carries the address, it'll work for it.
