The level of ignorance being exhibited on this thread is alarming, little wonder our education system is in shambles.

Don't mind them, the exam can be done locally without connecting to the internet. All the computer systems will be networked pointing to a local server containing the questions and candidates personal data. Is difficult to cheat because the questions will be randomly generated with the time by the system. This can be done in the exiting computer centers in various higher institutions.
