Building specifications

Number of units.
Bungalow - Indicate the number of apartments you want in your single bungalow project. The current limit is six units.
Flat apartments - Indicate the number of flats that will be in your single multi-story building project. Currently, the minimum number of flat apartmenrs is 2 and the maximum is 8
Duplexes, Mansions, Maisonnettes
Indicate the number of units of duplexes/maisonnettes in the building. E.g a twin duplex will have 2 units while a terrace duplex will have more than 2 units. The limit here is 6 units
Also indicate the number of floors. Usually 2 floors, sometimes 3. Can be more, but the limit here is 3 floors. In this context, a one-storey building has 2 floors (the ground floor and the upper floor). Similarly, a two-storey building has 3 floors; a three-storey building has 4 floors; and so on.
