LiteUp Naija Project is a renewable energy Project company dedicated to providing clean, reliable, and affordable solar power solutions across Nigeria. We serve homes, businesses, schools, hospitals, estates, and rural communities helping people break free from unreliable power supply.

1.Business Development Manager (Full-Time, On-Site – Ikeja)

As Business Development Manager, you’ll identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and strengthen relationships with clients. You’ll also help design strategies to boost sales and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success.
**Requirements:**

* Strong business development and sales experience
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills
* Good market research and analysis ability
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
* Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field

2. Sales / Marketing Executive (Full-Time, On-Site – Ikeja)

You’ll promote LiteUp Naija’s solar products and services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. You’ll also support marketing campaigns, handle customer inquiries, and follow up on leads.

Requirements:

* Sales and marketing experience (solar industry a plus)
* Strong communication and people skills
* Target-driven and persuasive personality
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Degree or OND in a related field

3. Social Media Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site – Ikeja)

You’ll manage LiteUp Naija’s social media pages, create engaging content, and interact with our online community. You’ll track engagement and help tell the LiteUp story across platforms.
Requirements:

* Creative and organized
* Familiar with social media tools and trends
* Good writing and communication skills
* Basic content creation skills (photo/video editing is a plus)
