let be realistic and add small logic to it but first, what will mess her brain up and do things abnormally: being called mastermind of the robbery or being called her child is dead? And check her emotions in both scenes

1. A good person like her won’t take the whole money, so if she takes only her salary and added $40 to it, at least that’s a little evidence and plus the footage video to make her do at least 6 months jail time

2. A good person like her can’t kill her boss like that when all she thinking is her kid and also her first kill like that will make her run away from the scene

4. Detective Ray asked people around her and also watched the footage which showed she can’t do it but when the head of police arrived and asked why she thinks she not involved and she said “I have a feeling “ without saying anything about the footage

You missed the whole part, where she shot her boss at point blank range? That's a solid 1st degree murder charge right there, and that carries 25 to life or a death sentence even, from the time she entered the boss's office to collect her paycheck to the time she entered the bank to cash that paycheck, no decision she made had any semblance of logic in it. You go to cash a check, and they asked for an ID, and you pull up a gun, and say "please you know me, just cash it for me whilst waving a gun in a public space? 😩😩😩.

The writing of the movie leaned heavily on emotions, to espunge her of any wrong doings, and clearly it worked, she's was been hailed as a some kind of saint, when she committed like 2 to 3 crimes in that run, that could see her locked up for a very long time, because in the real world, the law doesn't judge with emotions, it judges with fact and logic.

The only thing that could save her, was the reveal of her mental state at the end, she can plead insanity.

it leans on emotion .. That right there is the logic and can be realistic coming from a place of despair and desperation ..

There are moment you'd lose it and do things irrationally ...




You clearly saw she was arrested and probably taken to jail .. it didn't look lIke she'd be released and obviously she'd be charged for the murder ..

Before someone will say I always want to sound different but many of us know this movie has a lot of unrealistic scenes, the only good thing about this movie is Taraji.

The script, all the characters except Taraji is bad and lack of common sense

The thing way vex me pass is…….she said she needed $40 and there is alot of money in the table which cover her salary too and she didn’t take any and go to a bank to cash out money

don't forget she's going to be taken to court after the whole brouhaha.. envidence like that might vindicate her situation, heck might be released on bail or given a really short jail time ...


If she took the whole money, then how would defend herself from not being part of the mastermind of the robbery in which her boss has already told the police ..


Same thing applies to when she was in the bank...

It wasn't about unrealistic but being smart ..


You got caught up in a robbery , then you're being accused of being the mastermind and you went on to take the whole Cash.. if you eventually get caught and charged to court, how do you defend yourself from not being involved in the robbery...

You are very much on point...most men don't value and rate themselves high they think only women need to be valued, pampered and taken care of...for them I am a man anything goes.
