I started to have that problem about four years ago and someone recommended I simply wash out me sponge before bathing as it may contain trapped bacteria and dead skin cells. I did that and stopped itching after bathing since then. I even googled washing out your sponge and learnt better ways to maintain my sponge. You can just try washing out your sponge really well with just soap before bathing or disinfecting it, although the simple soap measure is less expensive. |
