I am with you on this bro. I don't understand why we don't look at the root of a problem but bent on curbing the effect. Causes of rape includes indecent dressing, poor parental guidance for both male and female which have effect on a long run, (male becoming rapist, female indecent dressing), others are parental carelessness, ladies being at the wrong place etc. I need to also remind us that men are biologically wired to be attracted to what they see. Any female dressing indecently is sexually harassing a male, believe me, even a primary school kids because some men are poses.
