Yeah very proud guy. doesn't pick calls, doesn't reply whatsapp chats. he's always behaving like he owns the funds you sent to him and he's doing you a favor exchanging it when in the actual sense he's the one making the bigger gain.

Oga, today makes it the 8th day that I sent funds to you. do you want me to forever wait for my funds? I really don't know why we have to share in your business with neteller. From all I can read from your thread, this is not the first time you are having issues paying your client and this shows the kinda business you run. I can now understand why your price is higher than others. it's because people will not want to use your services so you try to lure them with higher prices. please look for a solution before we start calling you a Scammer and I'm sure you know how high this website is ranked with Google.

@puskin I'm surprised at your judgement on this matter. if you don't know what to say, then stay out of the matter.

if your funds was with this guy, I don't know how long you will be able to tolerate what he's doing.

if you're not careful just like crazymommy said, this will be a new way people will be scamming people of their funds and they will take it that you support it.
please stay out of this.

Nobody prays for these things to happen to him/her, but it does happen.
Truexgold has told you how it is and what he has said is the simple truth regarding neteller.

His neteller account is BLOCKED.
People filled out orders on his site and maybe some or all prolly remitted payment to his neteller account(he hasn't confirmed OR denied it) and are expecting payment. You ppl have a right to lament but also reason along his own angle too.

He has confirmed from his site that some ppl did transactions, he might also have gotten email alerts in respect of the transactions but that my friends is not enough for confirmation.
Being an e-currency exchanger with multiples of multiple neteller and other ecurrency transactions per day and you think Truexgold will just pay cos you filled a form on his site and he received an email alert.

He also has to confirm from his neteller account history and verify all the transactinsn that have been entered on his site and also confirm it with the alerts that he's received. All must tally before he can pay anyone.

Now, the most important verification of received funds.....his account history, he doesn't have access to so that he can view his account history.

I now ask the pertinent & simple question, which method of verification do you expect him(Truex) to use in order to confirm received funds and pay accordingly??

Did I hear someone say..........neteller account history.

I also want to ask you that if neteller decides not to open his neteller account again and gave him an option for a refund instead since he can't confirm those that sent him funds because he doesn't have the neteller history, how will he then make a refund? because what you are saying now is, he can't pay me because he couldn't confirm my transaction as he doesn't have access to his neteller history.

I can't believe you're supporting this....

TruexGOLD do not confirm transactions with mere email alert just like we do not confirm cash transactions via SMS or email alerts. We confirm transactions by logging into our ewallet or bank account respectively and checking who and who actually made payment and in any case the SAID Bank or Ewallet account is suspended, blocked, frozen or closed . . . all orders involved are kept on hold till the issue is resolved.

You guyz will definitely get a refund, but it will take sometime. Patience pls.

alright no problem if that is how you confirm transactions. How do you now know who to refund if your account remain blocked and refunded instead since you can't login to the account again?

I'm not a new customer but I'm not happy with your approach to this matter. Since the incident last week, all my funds are with you. I can't buy Skrill or neteller from anybody since I don't have any money on me. my own business has been crippled now.

We are following

myself and some others sold neteller fund to truexgold on Wednesday and he came on Thursday that his account was suspended and because of this, he decided not to pay us in naira until his account is opened or refunded even after he confirmed our funds in his neteller account. he doesn't attend to whatsapp messages and has been saying if his account is not opened by tomorrow Tuesday that means he will be refunded and that will take minimum of a month. I also buy and sell neteller and Skrill and keeping my money in ransom has crippled my business. why take down others with you?

You really need to come down to our office to know the things we are into, e-currency exchange is just a branch out of the many lots TRUEXGOLD can do for you. Besides TruexGOLD wouldn't hesitate to shutdown NTR exchange in less than one week if it only receives 29 orders on it daily, We process orders in cue following the order they were received through our website, and I can tell you, more than 63 orders has already been PAID before the account was suspended, saying we wait to sell before paying our customers is laughable.

Thank God exchanging is a branch of your company. you can shutdown NTR exchange that's your business. since you have so much money and you confirmed our funds in your NTR account why not pay us. pay us and go and settle your case with neteller.

Firstly, we have had about 3 accounts permanently blocked before this and one example is payments AT truexgold DOT com and this particular account was opened with our BOSS correct details and after that 2 other accounts were blocked too, we used the details of some staff here to open those ones. So this is the third time we are experiencing such and we are telling you based on our previous experience, it took NETELLER an average of one - two months make full refund to our Dorm account cos the protocols were much.

Secondly, we gave neteller a call on Saturday, and they promised to get back to us in 2 working days . . . please what is 2 working days from Saturday, Is it not Tuesday. I guess above reply came in because we had to write them too after our call. So nobody is saying or promising you will get back funds from Neteller on Tuesday, rather we are expecting a clearer reply from them to know actually the true state of the account. Whatever happens, we shall take the next step.

can you hear yourself? you opened an account with your boss check details and the account was blocked and with another 2 accounts and it was still blocked and you did it with the fourth account and its blocked again. Are you not a registered company? don't you know you're supposed to open as a business a not individual? you keep violating their rules and you're crying your account is being blocked. please get the relevant documents and open a business account.

I'm sorry, did you just say truexgold is not to be blamed? someone clearly violated neteller rules and he's not to be blamed? you need yourself checked. neteller has rules for each account you open and truexgold decided to open a personal account instead of a business account when he knows there will be lots of funds going in and out of his account. this is not the first time his account is being suspended and every time the account is being suspended, it's for the same issue. except something is wrong with you, you can't be doing the same thing and expect a different result. he should have opened a business account. how is the money with neteller? when I sent the money to his account a least over 24 hours before he showed me that his account was suspended. mind you, you are not the only one that have been with him for a long time. I have too and I've never doubted him even when I don't get paid in 2 days. he needs to learn to pay his clients on time. if he had done that, less people will have their funds with him when his account was restricted. I can't hold my customers fund in ransome because my account is suspended when I clearly received their funds. that's my business with neteller because it will definitely be resolved. some people need their funds fast and that why they choose to sell it to you and you can't bring your problem with neteller to affect them.

so please since you're not affected, just keep quite.

many exchangers depend on their client funds to put food on their own table because if clients don't send to you, you don't have money and truexgold is part of those exchangers that's why he always doesn't have money to pay on time until he has sold some currency. that's the only reason he can't afford to pay now until the account is open and he sell those funds so please don't be forming badoo or rich for us. you live on those funds.

your reply shows you know nothing. we have more exchangers that deal on neteller than Skrill. I deal on both and anytime I have an ish with either of them, I get to fix it within that same day if it requires a document to be submitted and if it's a refund it's just within 2-3 days to get my money back but I don't know what your boss is talking about that it takes minimum of a month. I will come with a reply a got from neteller yesterday when your boss said it takes at least a month. if his money is truly involved, he would have made contact with neteller since Thursday that he claims his account had been restricted and the account would have been opened or refunded by now. what's the probability that he hasn't been refunded and wants to do business with our money first before paying us because it cost a lot to open a nice office he just opened and he's broke now.

we are your customer and we demand to see replies from neteller so that we can know the progress. my account was also restricted last month and it didn't take 24 for it to be opened again since I told them it was a personal account and YES, it was a vip account.

sometimes, people think they are taking to a fool, truexgold told me on WhatsApp that neteller only operate a personal account and there's no option for business account. I laugh because that's an obvious lie.

I don't know why you couldn't open a business account since you know it's for business except you don't have a document for your business.

U have a right to your opinion so as we have a right to our decision . . . you should have known by now that trading on NTR/BTC can be daisy and we can't bear that risk for you. Neteller do have your money and not truexgold, yes you did sent funds to our NTR account but with the account now blocked only NTR has control over your money, truexgold don't own neteller. Once they refund, all affected users will be credited accordingly.

We regret all the inconveniences though.

You really lack professionalism. So my money is with neteller and not in your neteller account? If it takes you next year to resolve the issue, I should also chill till then right? Or am I getting something wrong here? Even when I don't get credited on time because some times it takes 2 days and I don't talk nor complain because I trust you guys but to hold our money in ransom till you fix your ish with neteller is really unprofessional.

You guys are the worst exchanger I've seen. You are not the only exchanger that receives thousands of dollars in your account and your account gets ban every now and then. By now you should know how to handle neteller customer care. I've sent funds since yesterday morning but you choose not to pay up even when you always say you pay within 2 hours on business days. You account was ban later in the evening or this morning and you are holding on to our money until you get a refund from neteller? You have crippled our business with yours. Keep it up. I can conveniently tell you that you have lost me as a customer and so many others that have funds with you. If the account was opened with a name that have documents, your funds should be refunded soon. Just PAY!!!!
