thanks bro for your contribution. I just tried my GT card on bitit.gift but it was declined. though I'm still waiting for my account to be verified but I tried to buy €25 but it was declined. oh... neteller hasn't refunded you. then you should have been giving us update. from the email they sent to you on March 9 you were asked to contact them for a refund. at least there would have been an exchange of emails but you just kept quiet.

Good afternoon everyone. I'm one of truexgold client that has his money stuck in their neteller account. Early last month, some of use sent funds to truexgold neteller account but his account was banned and he didn't pay us claiming he didn't see the money or that he can't pay just because he receives email from neteller and a mod named puskin was on this thread to back his decision.

Fast forward to March 2nd another exchanger ituglobal advised him on what to do so he can pay his clients and his account was finally closed and he was asked to contact them for a refund on March 9.

Today is March 22 and we have not heard from truexgold. instead of updating us on what was really happening, he has been insulting his clients. you can see snapshot and his comments on this thread.
I had to call neteller this afternoon and explained what happened to them and asked them how long it takes to refund an account and they said 3-5 business days.

last week I tried to login to my account on truexgold's website but it was showing that I don't have an account on their website. I wasn't bothered by this because I wasn't going to use their services again after this has been sorted.

I came to this thread today and I saw that he has been compelling people to register on his site again which I went to his Facebook page to get a sponsor but I still couldn't register because it rejected my email that it's on their database but I can't login.

@puskin, I need you to come weigh in on this matter since you supported them last month. since we can't login to their website and they have changed everything, do you think this guy still want to pay us? do you think it's right for him to close all accounts on his site since he has pending transactions he hasn't paid?

please I need opinion of people on this thread because I don't think he has the right to close all accounts on his website and forcing people to register again since he has a lot of pending transactions.

I'm calling truexgold out to come explain why he's not giving us update on the refund since its not yet 3-5 business days with him.

how do you intend to pay us since all accounts have been closed?

Are you saying we should open a new email because we want to register on your website again?

are we supposed to register again on your site before we are being paid? because I can't register and I won't register again.

What shock me is when their services are needed they are No where to be found..

These r people that their line can never be on, once you send funds to them.one culd think they are busy But No,you get your fund after two days or 12hours later....

One culd wonder Wat are dey usually busy doing ,when an individual sent fund Since 8am,yet get his naria after 2days...or 12hrs later..

They claim to be busy That's why they Dnt pick calls or reply to mail,But this does not show how effective they are....

They don't reply because they don't usually have the naira to pay their customers and they don't know when they will and if they come online, they are sure people will ask them for their money so they just stay offline.

I've sent them funds before and I didn't get paid on time so after 24 hours, I called their number was off, message on WhatsApp was delivering but they didn't open it. I sent email no response and I dropped message on this thread and I was replied after 3 days when they have paid.

Do you think they didn't see the message? No they did because I'm sure there were a lot of people like me disturbing them for their money but they couldn't read them because they had no money to pay.

Just because you wanted to delay our payments, I can see that you have deleted every email you received from neteller about our funds sent to you. you better go to trash or wherever you kept it to start paying your clients.

Nobody came here to ever complain in the last three encounters. This issue is so because we allowed every Tom n Harry to access the system.

I asked you a question some days ago but you did not answer.
you claim you can't pay because you don't have access to you history, how will you now know who to pay if your account was refunded because you will still not know who pay since you don't have access to your account history.

please you must answer this for all to see. if you don't answer then don't quote me again
