its so puzzling and at the same time disappointing that in 2025, 21st Century, Artificial Intelligence age, a time when the world have conquered space exploration technology and is planning on building vacation homes in outer space that you will walk into a bank that prides itself of having decades of operation in one part of the world and the customer care will look you straight in the face and tell you that their network is down without shame when two-three year old Fintechs are breaking records in seamless transactions. I just don't understand.
