Engineering physics is a very good course.. It's in the same department of Physics, faculty of science. You will offer almost the same core courses as those studying physics (except some few courses that are restricted electives) and some EPH courses too.

I will draw a 3-year action plan that will be tagged UBUNTU (this will definitely cost a lot of money and efforts)

The primary focus of project UBUNTU will be "bringing government to the people".

Insurgency in Nigeria is different from insurgency in Middle East, and Western world. The primary cause in our case is poverty and unemployment.

Insurgency will cease to exist in Nigeria the very day you give the insurgents hope of quality life and livelihood.

Most insurgents in Nigeria choose insurgency because the government failed to provide an enabling environment for low income earner to sustain their livelihood. As insurgents, they get free feeding, no need to pay rents, no need to pay for transportation, free sex, free clothing e.t.c. That's why they care less about taking live of others. In their mind, it's the survival of the fittest.

UBUNTU federal project?.. Get words from the arrested insurgents, assure them of their life and grant them total amnesty. Repentant insurgents would undergo full rehabilitation and later be integrated back to the society.. Send most of them back to forest to spread the campaign in their various camps.

Most of the fighters with special skills for combat will be identified and trained.. They will surely be useful in Nigeria Army and other security agencies with no discrimination whatsoever together with the locals (civilian JTF) that helps in the fight against the terrorists.

Assure them (insurgents) that they will always be free citizen of this country. Encourage them to join politics, entertainment industry (movie, music, comedy), sport and every other professions.. Grant their children local scholarships within Nigeria and give them assurance of hope. Identify their skills and empower them. Mentor and monitor them in businesses and give them grants and soft loans.

With these, majority will embrace peace and will surely go against their commanders who may (or may not) peace. Many groups will be formed. They will have internal crises and at the end, I will surely get what I want.


For fairness, while doing this, a massive empowerment programmes should be held simultaneously in order parts of the country with funds almost the same as UBUNTU federal project.


Most of the criminals that engage in banditry and kidnapping will embrace peace if you show them love and grant them amnesty.


Now, the hideouts (the forests) should be identified and well mapped out. Most especially, sambisa forest should become a new city. A mega city with very tall structure and economic activities..

The same treatment about will be done for cultists, political thugs and other criminals.

If it didn't work in 2years, then we will switch to plan B (using full military force) to fight insurgency amd other crimes. However, If there is no headway in the 3rd year of my administration, I will honourably resign as the president so that someone else can clean the mess I made.. Lol
