De Koolar Nigeria Ltd, an HVAC Company in Nigeria, urgently requires freelance marketers and commission salespersons in all the states of the federation, to promote our products/services and be rewarded for every paid customer you sign-up.

Our business is primarily the manufacturing of ice block making machines, commercial and industrial cold rooms, walk-in cold storage room, blast freezers and fridges, walk-in refrigeration plant for the food processing industry, refrigerated warehouses, supply and installation of industrial or domestic refrigeration and air conditioning systems. We also handle retainership of maintenance contracts with our corporate clients.

Job Summary: Commission Marketing and Sales Representatives
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads mainly for our Ice Block Making Machines and Cold rooms and Industrial A/C Supplies and Maintenance.

You will be paid reasonably attractive commission based on the sales value of the paid customers you signed-up. Averagely, you can earn at least N20, 000 ( 30% of the least machine price) per successful sale. You will be liaising and reporting to our Admin/Sales Manager on your sales/marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential customers, understanding customer requirements and effective presentation and marketing for new sales

• Submits orders to headquarters by referring to price lists and product/machines literature.

• Market and customers information gathering/leads

• Sales leads generation and sign-up of pre-sold customers
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses; providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Requirements/ Knowledge & Skillset:

• Minimum of OND, as well as HND/BSC in any discipline

• At least 1 - 3 years cognate experience

• Self-starting, proactive and capable of working without supervision

• Computer literacy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You must be organized, self motivated, confident and focused on the job.

• Knowledge of HVAC or Technical Sales Experience will be an added advantage.
