i'm surprised you didn't get tkb's statement, if you're familiar with the way naija ppl speak it shouldn't have been an issue, his asking 'are you the one that pays their school fees?'  would have read 'so the reason you're so sure that he has a child schooling in spain is because you pay the child's school fees abi?' to anyone that thinks in naija
