VACANCY FOR ACCOUNTS OFFICER IN A FINANCE COMPANY

JOB SPECIFICATION
1. First Degree in Accounting,
2. ACA qualification is an added advantage.
3. Minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience working as an account officer in a structured work environment.
4. Must be good and proficient in computer skills
5. Knowledge of Peachtree is an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Petty Cash Management (Reimbursement, Disbursement and Recording of petty cash accounts.
2. Preparation of payment vouchers and appropriate coding on approved documentations.
3. Issuance of cheques on approved vouchers and ensuring that such cheques are duly signed along the company’s bank signatory mandate.
4. Filling sequentially all approved and signed payment vouchers with relevant supporting documents.
5. Issuance of receipts on all daily collections in sequential order on approved documentation.
6. Lodgement of daily collections (cash and cheques) with appropriate coding on tellers to bank daily.
7. Monthly reconciliation of all Bank Accounts.
8. Collection of weekly bank balances.
9. Any other duties as assigned by the Unit Head.

VACANCY FOR HEAD CONSULTANCY AND FUND MANAGEMENT GROUP

JOB SPECIFICATION
1. First Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
2. Must be a Chartered Accountant
3. Minimum of Five (5) years post qualification experience in an Accounting or Consulting firm with broad exposure to Financial, Management and Tax consultancy work, development of Business Plan and turnaround exercise.
4. Two (2) of which must be at least Unit or sectional Head level / Team leader.
5. Must be good and proficient in presentation and report writing. .
6. Possession of an MBA or ACTI will be an added advantage.

1. To translate group objectives to long and short term plans.
2. To market and source for Business and Financial Consultancy assignments.
3. Development of Business Plans, Project Management, Investment Analysis, Economic Analysis and Research.
4. Using the team members for the provision of above average Consultancy work to meet the expectations of our select clients.
5. To prepare SME companies to meet the requirements of financiers and provide required capacity building to cope with challenges of growth.
6. To provide consulting and financial services to privatization program at the States and Federal levels of Government.
7. To carry out other Consultancy – Management, Financial and Tax assignments for Government, Corporate and individuals.
8. Specifically responsible for Fund Management operations.
