As for the salary scale, well the pay of a RA is not much. But if you can meet a good part of ur sales target, you will earn more bonus.

Your line gets recharged monthly, and you have the oppurtunity to rise once you are in.

As for the test, Personality test is basically to know ur type of person, there are really no wrong or right answers.
Its about who u are and if u are suited for the job.

The second test is to test your ability as a team player.

Please does has anybody found out how the test will look like? I learnt some have started taking test since monday and test includes just logic questions and customer sales related questions. Anyone has more info plsss...?
