I think in his case,Ghana would be easier for him,since he already has a place to stay and his friend's family can also vouch for him that he lives in their apartment.
Both in Ghana and Benin Republic,their immigration officers would come to verify if truly he resides in a rented apartment and not in a hotel.

Please what is the process to get a residence permit in Benin?

Also, please does anyone know any persons or agencies opened to crediting a student's German Blocked account, while the student pays back the 10,322 euros in installment after starting a part-time job?

Hello, please I also just got accepted into HTW Berlin for the MIDE program, but I didnt get a scholarship therefore I fall into the category B to fix an appointment for VISA application. I hear that this category takes about a year to get response and so some students are still stuck due to this. Please what is the fastest route I can take to secure my student visa? My programme starts by April 2022.
