Anybody can be hacked. I agree. The NASA and CIA you mentioned will take just short periods of time to restore everything back to normalcy. Watch and observe how long it will take CIA to rectify the issue. Imagine telling people to update (change) their login details. Otilo niyen. You may call it a security protocol, but I call it a situation where data has been severely breached and they are putting it mildly.
