What you explained up there may be true, but doesn’t give any excuse for our ineptitude and lack to provide at least 20 hours of light daily and distribute prepaid metre nationwide for accurate billing and not estimated billing. People are really suffering and they keep getting outrageous bills even without seeing the light they are paying for. Or does that same agreement ban us from getting prepaid metres ?
