For instance, they will not update my share portfolio despite sending them numerous emails. After WEMA Bank Right Issue was allocated on my CSCS account, I requested my portfolio to be updated, they reply that it will be done. But nothing done going months now. May be you get type of service you paid for, as they are the cheapest.

Very poor customer service, they do not care about giving their client a good experience.

Atlas Portfolio are the most useless broker in Nigeria by my experience. Their level of inefficiency is on a different level even by Nigerian poor standards.

I have moved all my shares from them.

Very useless and unresponsive.

Twice, I tried posting a very important information that should be of immense benefit to current GSK holders and also a clear guide to prospective entrants following an extensive analysis and extrapolation of certain key lines in their financial print, but twice I got a ban.

And by the way, it wasn't the the 1st time, same thing happened with CHAMS and DANGOTE SUGAR.
