Eeeya sorry beatbug. ..you can file a dispute within 45days... what's the seller name. I can write him regarding ordering new stuff from him but will only do if he returns your goods or refund you. Also you can give him negative ratings with your reasons.

The seller might not be happy with the delay in returning. Were you able to confirm the seller has received the goods? If yes, is it within the return policy date. some sellers do charge restocking fee. Let the seller know you are okay with that but you want him to initiate a refund. If no response still then. Then tell him you will file a dispute. Cause he can't keep the goods as well as the money.
