Hmmmm...
Cant really understand a thing about d numbering issue. Wen d lists for doz who merited d job were dropped, there was a difference in numbering btwn indigenes n non indigenes and my number ws 156 for non indigenes and on one of the lists where i signed for my AL, my number on d simple list was 61, but dat of d complex list i cant recall.How can one be sure of his or her number category in dis case...
Still confused.

Just collected my APPOINTMENT LERA now @ PPSB. For non indigenes, collection is maintained at same venue where verification was done.

God Almighty is a JEALOUS GOD, sooooo ?

Because we have celebrated Him already n hv all given Him THANKS for blessing our lives with this job. So if His THRONE is unshakeable He will always disturb the entire board till we work as bonafide Rivers State Teaching Staff till our retirement.

Chibuking81: Pls is there anyone with declaration of age which is dated 2011, during my own turn of verification at PPSB extension Oromunike GGSS, I was told that 2011 declaration of age is not accepted, I told them that the first one I was using dated 2001 get lost during northern crisis, and I have to get another one in 2011, then they told me that I must get affidavit of loss of statutory declararation of age to back up the new one that dated 2011 so that I will not have problem in future, and I immediately went to court to swear affidavit to back it up, before they cleared me on friday, truly it was stressful on me that friday, pls is there any one that experience the same thing with me base on declaration of age dated 2011? Pls reason with me, for me official declaration of age whether 2008,2009,2010 and 2011 even that of this year are all the same, since they are all from law court and for official record purpose, even when one can see through my face and appearance that I am within the age the declaration of age was made, pls I need people opinion base on this thanks.

I did mine @same venue with u Kings n mine was dated feb. 2013. No querry of any sort. I think those pple had series of individual techniques durin d xercise. I blv dat is no issue to worry about.

u3fine: I told u guys that APL will be prepared with the documents we just submitted. If u read thru d official use section of d form, you'll understand what I am saying.
Now submission ends on d 5th while induction start 27th, y d 2 weeks? Simple, its for the typing of APL.
I know they have not typed it cos the list they displayed, some persons names appeareed twice, some must have gotten a new andd better job and some MAY be dead. So only those that are ready for d job by submitting d form will be given APL.
This is just my assumption

Hypothetical reasoning may not b a good antedote to alleviate anxiety n tension.
Just b factual n more realistic, dear.

U wrongly informd d house dat d exam slip was d result slip n here u go condemning som1's question whereas as a graduate u couldnt differntiate btwn exam slip n result slip...too irritating.
Now, it still remains d detachable slip.

2. Iz it mandatory to present a letter-headed and stamped recommendation letter ?

The most crucial thing there is the signature of ur referee.
WAT IF UR REFEREE IS A MINOR STAFF IN ANY PRIVATE ORGANIZATION SUCH AS SCHOOLS? Not possible for such person to get the letter heading n stamp, but its easy to format a letter heading on behalf of ur referee if u wish to
Av submitted a recommendation letter before during admission...no heading, no footer, no stamp.
But d other looks like the best if one gets it

@fubara, i bet u r somewhat confused. U cant procure the exam slip online cos it was joined with ur answer script. It is a detachable piece from the answer sheet so i bet one cant source it online. The one i suppose u are referring to is the result slip, but dats not inclusive in the requirement.

tosinsin: rivers state registration slip is different from exams slip..exams slip is the one who detach from the answer sheet..we were told not to detach in my exam center.

U said u were asked not to detach urs, but in my own hall, we were strictly asked to detach n secure it for future use such as now.
And the slip as i have it says, "detach and keep slip with your exam number".
