This is what I hate about Nigerian businesses. Someone gave you his money and you are ranting! Nonsense thats why we would never progress. This soakaway system is about 13 foot long and 9 foot across, 12 feet deep, before we did the demarcation to get a septic tank and a soakaway pit. We were paid N450,000 for the whole works from digging, all materials and labor costs and for even the waste pipes which connects the units to the building. This amount was also managed to do the 13 inspection chambers in this house. By the time this work was completed, I had spent over N570,000 on the whole soakaway system plus piping and inspection chambers. Sometimes we lose money seriously in this business.
