Fresh from the design tables of Dennis3D Building Designs and Construction Services.

We present to you a modern 5 Bedroom Duplex on a Full Plot. Taking into consideration the Nigerian architecture and building style. We incorporated new material and textures to create a green, energy saving and eco friendly design.

Please give me your views in favour of or against the conventional concrete parapet and precast parapet.
What will be your choice and why?

Both are good, depends on your choice.
However, I would term that of concrete Parapet as stronger because of the components and materials in it and it's lot more heavier and costs more than that of the precast.

Preferably for buildings more than 2 floors, I would suggest concrete to precast Parapet.

I am a pioneer starter in 2015 when it took-off back then. It was a combination of real professionals and real DIY Home enthusiats and we exchanged knowledge to the point that anyone who can read what we laid on ground, can already build his home to the level of 80%.
We ensured that prices were reasonable and both builder and home owner had a good deal, we even resolved disputes between some and ensured there was discipline on this thread, until hustlers like you came-in two to three years ago!

Looking at your picture, you were probably still in Primary school when l joined Nairaland in 2006.
Once Noobs and Rookies like you learn to use Sketch Drawer, Chief Architect, Xara Designer and the likes, even though you learned 70% of what you know, from this thread (because we can still remember how you asked the "Baby Questions" and we gave you answers, pointed you in the right directions, etc), you grow wings, start throwing figures around and start claiming Professional!

I have nothing against young ones trying to hustle a living but you must know your place and dont start acting out like you are 'the man' here.
We know the few, pioneer, "real professionals" still remianing here, go to the first fifty pages of this thread and you will find their names.
